| Can someone tell me why it is 45 degrees in Houston this morning? In April? Can someone tell me why it is going to be 38 degrees overnight tonight?
I'm so TIRED of the cold. It is supposed to be in the 80's by April.
I'll take 95-100 over 35-45 ANY day. I hate being cold.

| Well think of it this way... would you rather have the weather we're having now or be in Alaska taking a vacation? | |

| Not a good point Trail. I would never vacation in Alaska. That sounds like torture no matter what time of year. | |

| Yeah it was 40 this morning, and suppose to get down to 32 overnight. smh Some suburbs here over the weekend, had below freezing temps. Reminds me of when I went to the relays a couple of years ago...it was cold and raining in ATX...but from Belton/Temple...all the way up 35 to Dallas, had snowed and iced over...in April!! ~Goodz~ | |

~Goodz~ Yeah I got up this morning and I was freezing. I don't make it a habit of watching the weather news so I was suprised. Then I couldn't find the sweater I wanted. It was really annoying and its still cold which is annoying. I'm sooo ready for sunshine and the heat!

Typically...in the past years, it's never, or not too common for it to be "Freezing" or even in the 30s/40s, for the month of April. That's why I was shocked a couple of years ago with the snowing and icing in April...never seen it before. I can see Jan, Feb. or even March. So yeah...for the state of Texas...Freezing weather in the Spring is shocking...especially if you're not in the panhandle/ northern border. It's global warming...just in 07 or 06 it was 90 in December....that's shocking and abnormal also. ~Goodz~

| The weather is just plain WEIRD lately. It has to be global warming. Too too many weird things happen all the time now. In some parts of the world all the inland water is drying up and then in other parts its flooding. Madness! | |

| Yeah...just the weekend before I saw on the news it said Texas had all major weather across the state in one day. Sunshine, Rain, Ice, Flooding & a Tornado.

| Well and I guess the issue is... everyone realizes there's a global warming issue but no one can decide on what is causing it. No one wants to give up their land rovers and hummers | |

| No one wants to give up their land rovers and hummers [/quote] Or cigs, or landfills, or bon fires with trash in them, or tire fires, or hairspray.....the list never ends. As for the weather, ive been in Oklahoma, City for 23 years, and snow in the middle of summer, 100 degree winters, tornadoes in winter, 100 degree weather and snow in the same day.....all things of the normal. Get used to it ppl cuz it seems like Oklahoma is no longer the only stat wher its gonna snow then 5 minutes l8tr it 100 degrees then 5 minutes later theres 10 tornadoes | |
